There are FIVE Characteristics all Transformational Leaders possess:
- They see things others do not see - they see through the problems and obstacles others see to see solutions and find answers.
- They say things others do not say - they speak up when others can't or won't.
- They believe things others do not believe - when you believe you can accomplish something there is nothing that can stop you.
- They feel things others do not feel - Passion creates momentum and the tenacity for the challenges that all leaders face.
- They do things others do not do - they act on purpose.
Each of these are more complex and difficult to achieve. The key is an understanding and willingness to take action where others hesitate.
